Here are links to the things I’m enjoying at the moment and recommend to anyone (in case you respect my opinion on things). I keep this updated as often as necessary for me to still consider this list “timely,” but it won’t ever be filled with new releases. I’m not that hip.

Movie
Amazon just put Murder on the Orient Express on Prime Video. I always love a good murder mystery when the weather starts getting cold, and this is a long-time favorite.
TV Show
The new season of The Last Kingdom is really excellent, and feels more true to the source material than previous seasons. If you like brutal historical fiction, check it out.
Book
I’ve been going back through the Canon Cocktail Book for inspiration. I want to drink the pictures.
Podcast
The third season of Serial is a deep-dive into the American justice system in a way I had wished the first season would become. I’m learning a lot from this one.
Album
Big Red Machine’s album (Justin Vernon and Aaron Dessner) has been on constant rotation in the listen-to-a-work-focus category.
Playlist
I’m partial to this one I made that sounds like fall. Pairs well with a spicy old fashioned too.
